Running job on clusters continuously

Here is a way to run jobs on cluster in a continuous fashion. This example addresses NAMD jobs but should also work for others.

This website offers a  nice way to add labels to images that "convert" can handle. I thought it was a nice idea to have my name on figures I generate.
